- Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across all major cities and towns in India through trusted courier partners. Remote or hard‑to‑reach locations may have slightly longer delivery timelines.
- Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Mon–Sat).
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive an email/SMS once your order is confirmed and shipped.
- Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery timelines:
- Metro Cities: 2–4 working days
- Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 3–6 working days
- Remote / Rural Areas: 5–10 working days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, or festivals.
- Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999
- Standard shipping fee applies for orders below ₹999
- COD charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- A tracking link
- Courier partner name
- Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order anytime from the Track Your Order page.
- Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make two delivery attempts. If the delivery fails both times, the package may be returned to us.
You can request a re‑delivery by contacting our support team.
- Damaged or Tampered Packages
If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered, please:
- Do not accept the delivery
- Ask the courier to mark it as “Rejected due to damage”
- Contact our support team immediately with photos
We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
- Incorrect Address or Non‑Availability
If the address provided is incorrect or the customer is unavailable:
- Delivery may be delayed
- Additional charges may apply for re‑shipping
- Orders may be cancelled if the courier cannot deliver
- International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We will update this policy when global delivery becomes available.
