Returns & Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
  • The product is not functioning as described
  • The product is missing parts or accessories

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  1. Non‑Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care items
  • Grooming tools
  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging

If an item is non‑returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.

  1. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Go to the Support / Help Center page
  2. Submit your order number and issue
  3. Upload photos/videos (if applicable)
  4. Our team will approve the return within 24–48 hours

Once approved, a courier partner will pick up the product from your address.

  1. Refund Process

Refunds are issued after the returned product is:

  • Picked up
  • Inspected
  • Verified to be in acceptable condition

Refund timelines:

  • Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days
  • COD Orders: Refund issued to your bank account (details required)

You will receive an SMS/email once your refund is processed.

  1. Replacement Policy

If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:

  • Replacement will be shipped after pickup of the original item
  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically
  1. Wrong Address or Failed Delivery

If the order was returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Re‑shipping charges may apply.

  1. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.

Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery.
