Seated Neck & Shoulder Release
Sit tall, gently tilt your right ear to your right shoulder for 3 breaths. Repeat on the left side, then gently roll shoulders back.
Gentle Seated Torso Twist
Place your right hand on the left knee and left hand on the chair back. Inhale to lengthen, exhale to twist gently. Repeat opposite.
Ankle Rotations & Calf Flex
Lift one foot slightly off the floor. Rotate the ankle 5 times clockwise and 5 times counter-clockwise to promote joint circulation.
