Returns & Refunds
- Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product
- The product is not functioning as described
- The product is missing parts or accessories
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
- Non‑Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Personal care items
- Grooming tools
- Opened or used products
- Items without original packaging
If an item is non‑returnable, it will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
- Return Process
To request a return:
- Go to the Support / Help Center page
- Submit your order number and issue
- Upload photos/videos (if applicable)
- Our team will approve the return within 24–48 hours
Once approved, a courier partner will pick up the product from your address.
- Refund Process
Refunds are issued after the returned product is:
- Picked up
- Inspected
- Verified to be in acceptable condition
Refund timelines:
- Prepaid Orders: 5–7 working days
- COD Orders: Refund issued to your bank account (details required)
You will receive an SMS/email once your refund is processed.
- Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund:
- Replacement will be shipped after pickup of the original item
- If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically
- Wrong Address or Failed Delivery
If the order was returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailability
- Refusal to accept delivery
Re‑shipping charges may apply.
- Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — you may request a return after delivery.
