SeniorCitz is an independent digital platform serving seniors and other visitors through information, educational and lifestyle content, product discovery and referral links, and selected digital services.

SeniorCitz operates different areas of the website for different purposes. These Terms apply to the general use of SeniorCitz.com.

Important: Detailed Terms & Conditions applicable specifically to Future Build Employers and Future Build Seniors are provided separately within the Future Build service and apply to those users in addition to these general website Terms.

SeniorCitz.com provides information, resources, educational material, lifestyle content, product discovery and recommendations, external referral links, and selected digital platform services.

SeniorCitz may include information relating to areas such as:

  • Recreation
  • Health & Wellness
  • Brain Gym
  • Learning
  • Digital Safety and Scam Shield
  • Future Build
  • Products and product categories
  • Other senior-focused information and resources

The website and its content may change, expand or be updated from time to time.

  1. Amazon Affiliate Relationship

SeniorCitz participates in the Amazon Associates Program.

SeniorCitz may provide links to products available through Amazon.in.

When you click an applicable affiliate link and make a qualifying purchase through Amazon, SeniorCitz may earn an advertising commission at no additional cost to you.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.

SeniorCitz does not sell, stock, package, ship or fulfil the Amazon products referred to through such links.

  1. Amazon Purchases Are Third-Party Transactions

  • SeniorCitz is not the seller of the product.
  • SeniorCitz does not process the purchase.

Any dispute concerning an Amazon purchase should be directed to Amazon or the applicable seller.

Accordingly:

  • Product specifications may change.
  • Product pricing may change.
  • Product images may differ from the actual product.
  • Amazon or the applicable seller may update product information without notice.

SeniorCitz does not guarantee that third-party product information will always be complete, current or error-free.

Where pricing or availability is displayed through permitted Amazon tools or content, the information may be subject to Amazon’s applicable requirements and may change. Amazon’s Associates rules place specific requirements on the display of pricing and availability information.

  1. Future Build

Future Build is a SeniorCitz service designed to connect eligible Seniors with employment opportunities posted by approved Employers.

Future Build operates on a direct-interaction model.

SeniorCitz is not a recruitment agency, employment agency, broker or employment intermediary.

Employers and Seniors communicate directly using the contact information provided in job postings.

SeniorCitz does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Interviews
  • Applications
  • Selection
  • Salary
  • Engagement
  • Recruitment outcomes
  • Any particular employment result

Those specific Terms apply to users participating in Future Build.

  1. Future Build Employer Service

Employers may be required to pay a fee to publish a job opportunity through Future Build.

The applicable fee will be displayed before payment.

The initial Future Build job-posting fee is ₹499 per job posting, unless a different fee is displayed at the time of purchase.

Payment of a posting fee does not automatically guarantee publication.

SeniorCitz may review a job posting before publication and may reject or remove postings that do not meet the applicable requirements.

The detailed Employer Terms govern employer registration, job postings, employer responsibilities and related matters.

  1. Future Build Payments

Payments for Future Build employer services may be processed through third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

SeniorCitz does not intentionally collect or store full payment-card or banking credentials submitted through the payment provider.

The payment provider may process payment information in accordance with its own terms, privacy policy and security procedures.

SeniorCitz may receive limited payment or transaction information necessary to:

  • Confirm payment
  • Identify the relevant Employer account
  • Administer the job-posting service
  • Maintain appropriate business and accounting records
  • Address payment-related enquiries or disputes

Any refund or payment-related rights applicable to Future Build are governed by the applicable Future Build Employer Terms and the payment terms displayed at the time of purchase.

  1. Free Senior Access

Future Build Seniors are not charged an application fee by SeniorCitz under the initial Future Build model.

Registration, access to employment opportunities and applying for opportunities are intended to be free to eligible Seniors, subject to the applicable Future Build Terms.

SeniorCitz does not guarantee that any opportunity will result in employment.

  1. General Website Content

SeniorCitz provides information for general educational, informational and lifestyle purposes.

Although we seek to provide useful and accurate information, we do not guarantee that every item of content is:

  • Complete
  • Current
  • Error-free
  • Suitable for every person
  • Appropriate for every individual circumstance

You should use your own judgment when relying on information provided through the website.

  1. Health & Wellness Information

Health & Wellness content on SeniorCitz is provided for general informational and educational purposes.

It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

SeniorCitz does not establish a doctor-patient relationship through its website.

Future Build users are additionally subject to the indemnity provisions contained in the applicable Future Build Employer or Senior Terms.

SeniorCitz’s collection and handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

By using SeniorCitz, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed as described in that Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable law.

  1. Changes to These Terms

SeniorCitz may update these Terms from time to time.

When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with an updated Effective Date.

Your continued use of SeniorCitz after an updated version becomes available constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
